Subscriptions

EatMatrix subscriptions are billed through the App Store. To cancel or change a plan: open Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the current period ends.

Deleting your account and data

In the app, open Account → Delete account. This removes your profile, saved allergens and preferences, and the scan history on your device. Subscriptions are managed separately by Apple (see above).

Scanning tips

• Fill the frame with the ingredient list; the app reads the label itself — no barcode needed.
• If the label isn’t readable, point at the front of the pack: EatMatrix recognizes the product and verifies its ingredients online.
• Hold steady for a second — the frame fills when a product is locked.
